Glazing Your Ham

Knights Glaze Directions


  1. Warm ham in the oven for approximately 1 hour at 120 degrees Celcius.
  2. Peel skin back and score ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. Warm glaze mix in a saucepan until melted and combined. DO NOT BOIL. Brush over ham every 15 minutes until golden brown. Decorate as desired.
